We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at our Fort Nelson, BC location. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving written prescriptions and refill requests, and accurately inputting patient and prescription information into our computer system.
  • Performing tasks related to ordering, receiving, and returning stock, as well as conducting expiry date checks and inventory corrections.
  • Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues to provide excellent customer service and ensure seamless operations.
  • Working collaboratively with our pharmacy team to maintain a clean and organized work environment.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Completed an accredited Pharmacy Assistant Program or have 2 years of dispensary experience.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and colleagues.
