Key Responsibilities of the Leasing Specialist:

Resident Liaison:

Act as the primary point of contact for residents, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction by effectively addressing any concerns.

Leasing Expert:

Manage the leasing process from the initial inquiry through to the onboarding of new residents. Actively track vacancies and strive to meet leasing objectives.

Operational Coordinator:

Handle payment collections, conduct property inspections, and oversee resident transitions and maintenance requests.

Qualifications for Success:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, office administration, or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
  • Strong English communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as required to meet business needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve issues and meet performance goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
