Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and prevent cross-contamination.
  • Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food items, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, ensuring that all inventory is properly labeled and stored.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure that all waste is disposed of in a responsible and environmentally friendly manner.
  • Floor Care: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of food quantities used, and assist in maintaining inventory levels.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Language: English
