Security Supervisor

Pinnacle Security Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the highest level of service and security for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Emergency Response: Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing guidance and support to security personnel.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high-quality standards in security services.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Training and Development: Train security personnel in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Work Scheduling: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures.
- Direct Reports: Security guards under your supervision.
- Certified in CPR
- First Aid Certification
- Security Guard License
- Work Term: Permanent position
- Work Language: English
- Hours of Work: 35 to 40 hours per week
