This position offers a hybrid work model requiring two days in the office.
Your Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute high-performance, reusable, and maintainable JavaScript code, adhering to industry best practices and established design patterns.
- Direct the development and architecture of single-page applications (SPAs) utilizing the Angular framework, with additional experience in React being advantageous.
- Ensure that the code complies with OWASP Top 10 security standards.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to incorporate accessible features following ARIA standards and ensure compliance with HTML5.
- Optimize applications for performance and accessibility.
Your Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience as a senior JavaScript developer, demonstrating a successful history of developing complex web applications.
- Profound understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, including prototype, inheritance, DOM manipulation, closures, asynchronous programming, and object-oriented principles.
- Expert-level proficiency in the Angular framework.
- Familiarity with React is a plus.
- Strong grasp of OWASP Top 10 security principles.
- Extensive knowledge of web components and their development.
- Expert-level understanding of CSS technologies, including Grid and Flexbox, along with a solid grasp of specificity, cascading order, and selectors.
- Awareness of web accessibility standards and their various levels (A, AA, and AAA).
- Commitment to producing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment, engaging with designers, developers, and other stakeholders.
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of server-side technologies and APIs.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with build tools and automation processes.
- Understanding of WordPress block development.
