At Jo Malone London, we're seeking a talented Fragrance Stylist to join our team. As a Fragrance Stylist, you'll have the opportunity to create personalized scented experiences for our customers, showcasing our luxurious fragrances and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, providing personalized fragrance consultations and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our fragrance portfolio, including scents, ingredients, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and drive business results.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store operations to maintain a high-quality shopping environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or fragrance sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of fragrance industry and Jo Malone London brand.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
