Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development of new products and services from inception to completion.
  • Provide technical guidance and direction within your team.
  • Create and implement both short-term and long-term architectural strategies for the organization.
  • Continue to innovate the framework to support global delivery initiatives.
  • Lead a development team focused on constructing intricate back-end systems and integrations.
  • Drive ongoing enhancements to the efficiency and adaptability of the business platform while maintaining a high standard for customer trust, performance, and availability.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Equivalent experience to a Bachelor's degree based on 3 years of work experience for every 1 year of education
  • 8+ years of professional experience in software development and management
  • Strong foundation in object-oriented design principles
  • Solid understanding of data structures
  • Proficient in algorithm design, problem-solving, and complexity analysis
Preferred Skills
  • Extensive hands-on technical expertise (TypeScript, NodeJS, DevOps, GCP, CloudRun, MySQL, PHP, Laravel, ReactJS)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong vision in both business and technical realms
  • Excellent analytical skills with a passion for working with structured data
  • Capacity to manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Profound understanding of collaborative software development and a proven track record of timely software delivery
  • Outstanding customer relationship management skills, including the ability to uncover true requirements behind feature requests, propose alternative technical and business solutions, and lead engineering efforts to meet ambitious timelines with optimal outcomes
