Overview: Are you seeking an opportunity with a reputable organization? Our client, IFG International Financial Group Ltd, is in need of a Regional Billing Coordinator to support a dynamic and fast-paced team. This position will report directly to the Billing Manager and involves a variety of key responsibilities.
- Invoicing: Manage the billing process effectively.
- Data Management: Ensure the timely delivery of necessary data and transactions for invoicing preparation.
- Contract Input: Accurately input contracts and rate changes to facilitate precise billing.
- Reconciliation: Conduct daily billing reconciliations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments within Accounting, including Accounts Receivable.
Qualifications: To qualify for this position, candidates should possess a minimum of three years of relevant billing experience. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Access.
- Team Experience: Experience working within larger teams.
- Work Ethic: Ability to perform under pressure and commit to extended hours when necessary to meet deadlines.
Work Arrangement: This role will initially be hybrid, requiring one day a month in the office, with the potential to transition to one day a week in the future.
