**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Operate and maintain well site equipment and facilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities
  • Monitor and control production operations to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an oil and gas field operator
  • Contract operators with their own truck and tools are strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, open-minded, and results-oriented
  • Ability to troubleshoot and handle issues as they arise
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license and safety tickets (First Aid, H2S Alive)
  • Capable of passing a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
