Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Paradigm Building Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting skilled tradespersons and performing various labouring and elemental activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials as required.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in demolishing buildings, cleaning and piling salvaged materials, and removing rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Machinery Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, and assist equipment operators to secure attachments to equipment or truck.
  • Site Safety: Direct traffic at or near construction sites and perform other labouring and elemental activities as required.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train on the job.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
