About the Role:

The Book Off team is a group of Personal Support Workers who provide care to patients in need. As a member of this team, you will be deployed to cover patients who have booked off due to illness or other reasons. This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care to patients in their homes
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Manage patient schedules and ensure timely care delivery

What We Offer:

  • Mileage reimbursement at the current PSS rate

Requirements:

  • PSW certification and experience
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
