About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dairy Farm Worker to join our team at New World Dairy Inc. As a key member of our farm team, you will be responsible for the daily care and maintenance of our dairy herd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Feed and tend to the dairy herd, ensuring their health and well-being
  • Milk cows and maintain the milking equipment
  • Clean and maintain the stables, barns, barnyards, and pens
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods and walking
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Ability to work in a noisy, odorous, and wet/damp environment
  • Willingness to relocate to a rural area
  • Ability to distinguish between colours, sound discrimination, and hand-eye co-ordination
  • Organized, team player with efficient interpersonal skills and flexibility
