Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Paramjit Mangat. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing and grooming
  • Assist with medication administration and management
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Assist with laundry and linen management
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and bending
Work Environment:
