About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer and Helper to join our team at Yellow Belly Brewery. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload construction materials, equipment, and supplies from vehicles and storage areas.
  • Material Handling: Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt, and perform routine maintenance work.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction, framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Physical Demands: Work in a physically demanding environment, handling heavy loads, and performing tasks that require manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
