Job Title: Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Alcotana Construction 9373-1800 Québec Inc. As a Construction Labourer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and assisting in framing houses and building roofs. You will also be responsible for leveling earth to fine grade specifications and assisting in demolishing buildings.

Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading construction materials
  • Erecting and dismantling scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Assisting in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Leveling earth to fine grade specifications
  • Assisting in demolishing buildings
  • Operating various construction equipment and machinery
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in the construction industry
  • Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) Certificate
  • Chainsaw Safety Training
  • CPR Certificate
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a fast-paced environment
