Qualifications:

To be successful in this position, candidates should possess:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor staff.

  • A proven track record of building effective working relationships independently.

Additional Requirements:

Experience in both hot and cold food production, as well as familiarity with service delivery methods, is advantageous. Knowledge of relevant software applications is also preferred.

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in healthcare food services is beneficial. Familiarity with food service management systems can enhance a candidate's profile.
