Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Driver to join our team at Lineage Logistics. As a Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating electric-powered industrial trucks to move products, equipment, and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to transport goods and materials within the warehouse.
  • Load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and lifting devices, ensuring proper stacking and securing of products.
  • Conduct daily forklift maintenance checks and report any issues to the maintenance team.
  • Participate in safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Communicate effectively with semi-truck drivers and other warehouse staff to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Monitor battery charge levels and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
  • Basic math skills and ability to understand instructions in English.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
