Key Responsibilities:
- Process food and beverage orders efficiently, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu items and daily specials to assist guests effectively.
- Serve food and drinks with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to company standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of designated areas, following hygiene protocols.
- Change table settings as needed, ensuring all linens and utensils are in pristine condition.
- Monitor and replenish condiment supplies for each table.
- Prepare tables according to company policies, ensuring all items are clean and undamaged.
- Keep storerooms stocked with necessary supplies, including cutlery and linens.
- Clear tables promptly after guests finish their meals, balancing speed with guest comfort.
- Accurately present bills and process payments in accordance with company procedures.
- Provide attentive service, addressing guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- Participate in safety drills and familiarize yourself with emergency exits.
- Assist in training new staff to uphold service standards.
- Exhibit high standards of personal hygiene and appearance at all times.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines related to food and beverage service.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a service role is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for guest engagement.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms.
- Capability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.

Working Conditions:
- Manual dexterity is required for using computers and other equipment.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
