We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Litigation Associate Attorney to join our growing practice. As an integral member of our litigation team, you will engage in intricate litigation cases representing clients within the construction sector. This position offers substantial exposure to a variety of construction-related disputes, facilitating invaluable experience and opportunities for professional advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a varied caseload of construction litigation issues, including contractual disagreements, construction defects, mechanic's liens, and other construction-related matters.
  • Perform legal research, draft necessary pleadings, motions, briefs, and various legal documents.
  • Prepare for and engage in depositions, hearings, trials, and alternative dispute resolution processes.
  • Work collaboratively with partners, associates, and support personnel to secure favorable results for clients.
  • Offer strategic guidance and advice to clients on construction law issues, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law institution.
  • Preferred experience of 1-5 years in litigation at a respected law firm.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in construction litigation within the specified region.
  • Exceptional analytical, research, and writing capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to function independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
