Qualifications

Work Environment

The role involves managing projects in both commercial and industrial settings, with a budgetary responsibility ranging from $100,001 to $500,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit budget estimates for construction projects.
  • Plan and monitor construction schedules and milestones.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage revisions and changes.
  • Establish quality control policies and procedures.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and land.
  • Implement quality control programs.
  • Direct daily operations and evaluate performance.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Manage a team of 5-10 personnel.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project is required.

Equipment Knowledge

Experience with hand tools is essential.

Travel Requirements

Must have access to a personal vehicle.
