About the Role

Hall Mechanical Services Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join their team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service and maintain HVAC systems, including VRF/VRV systems, ASHP/WSHP, packaged and split A/C, heat pump systems, RTUs, and more.
  • Provide clear and timely feedback to dispatch and customers, resolving any system issues effectively.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Assemble and install components such as motors, controls, valves, and compressors using hand and power tools.
  • Test installed heating units, adjust controls for optimal performance, and perform scheduled maintenance.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-inventoried company vehicle.
Requirements
  • HVAC certification (Red Seal or equivalent) and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
  • Proven experience servicing residential and commercial HVAC systems.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience with refrigeration systems and control systems is a plus.
