Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to join our esteemed establishment, Vintage Hotels. This role involves crafting exquisite meals and ensuring a high standard of food safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a trades certificate or diploma in culinary arts.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years in a similar role.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic setting, including:

  • Fine dining restaurants

  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes.
