We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team at 12852195 CANADA INC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates of labour and material costs for our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimating: Prepare detailed estimates of labour and material costs for construction projects, including preparation of bid documents and quote sheets.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control contract expenditures, ensuring that projects are completed within budget.
  • Communication: Liaise with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors to discuss changes and adjustments to cost estimates.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit estimate reports, including cost monitoring and reporting systems.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction estimating.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
