Key Responsibilities:- Provide safe and effective nursing care to pediatric patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the inter-professional healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical and emotional evaluations, to identify and address patient needs.
- Develop and implement education plans to promote patient and family health and well-being.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Recent experience in pediatric nursing, with a minimum of two years of experience.
- Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program certificate.
- Completion of Registered Nurses Association of Ontario breastfeeding e-learning online course.
- Paediatric Assessment course preferred.
- A competitive salary range of $34.26 to $37.05 per hour.
