Your Role:

Key Responsibilities:
As BBA continues to expand, we are seeking a project manager experienced in a consulting engineering context to address the evolving needs of our clientele. Your responsibilities will include:

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Membership in the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
  • Minimum of twenty years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience managing medium to large EPCM and EPC projects in mining or heavy industry
  • Experience in overseeing preliminary studies
  • Proficient in managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and project control, procurement, and construction management
  • Comprehensive understanding of modern project management methodologies
  • Strong time management and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to foster collaborative relationships with team members, clients, and suppliers
  • Exceptional negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office
  • Preferred: PMP certification from the Project Management Institute
  • Preferred: Experience with construction sites
  • Preferred: Experience managing international projects
  • Preferred: Experience in joint ventures or partnerships
