About the Role:

As a Barman/Barmaid at Gray Collection, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional service to our clients. We are looking for a skilled and charismatic individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Set up the bar with all necessary products and equipment;
• Provide excellent customer service and greet clients with a smile;
• Take orders from clients or servers and prepare and serve beverages;
• Prepare invoices and collect payments;
• Conduct inventory of bar products and place orders for missing items;
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area;
• Assist the service team as needed;
• Ensure client satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role;
• Excellent knowledge of cocktails, wines, and coffee;
• Exceptional customer service skills;
• Proven ability to work in a team environment;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Availability to work evenings and weekends;
• Good organizational skills;
• Excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and verbal.
