Role Overview

The Implementation Consultant will report to the Manager of Implementation Consulting and will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks aimed at ensuring the successful deployment of Assent's software solutions within our Professional Services department. This role is crucial in delivering our services to clients, guiding them through their project plans from inception to completion. The ideal candidate is motivated to learn, highly organized, and possesses excellent attention to detail along with strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the initial onboarding process, focusing on understanding client objectives, their business operations, and data needs, while ensuring high-quality product configuration.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success to align client data setup and program configuration with desired outcomes.
  • Foster trust and confidence with clients through effective project management practices, including client-facing reports, regular status meetings, and milestone tracking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Manage processes related to provisioning, setup, data loading, testing, and deployment of customer systems and associated modules.
  • Conduct data discovery workshops and ongoing consultations to optimize client data implementations for long-term success.
  • Identify potential data risks proactively, assess impacts, and work with internal teams to implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records in designated business systems, ensuring up-to-date communication and correspondence with clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance best practices, processes, and templates for continuous improvement.
  • Possess foundational regulatory knowledge to provide guidance to clients regarding program direction.
  • Utilize internal resources, including software tools, to respond to client inquiries effectively.
  • Stay informed about product releases and regulatory updates to provide optimal support to clients.
  • Serve as a professional and approachable point of contact for clients.
  • Adhere to corporate security policies and follow established processes and procedures.

Qualifications
