Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

Delight Indian Bistro Ltd. is seeking a skilled Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations.
  • Balance cash and record sales accurately.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Work Environment:

As a Server at Delight Indian Bistro Ltd., you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You will be required to stand for extended periods and move frequently throughout the restaurant.

Requirements:
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
