Job Title: Senior Product Manager

We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team in Burnaby, BC. As a key member of our product team, you'll be responsible for driving market research, user insights, and competitor analysis to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct market analysis and trend research to identify opportunities for product upgrades and feature enhancements.
  2. Monitor competitors' products and marketing strategies to stay ahead of the market.
  3. Analyze user behavior and preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  4. Lead the planning and design of product launches, managing cross-functional teams to ensure successful market entry.
  5. Develop and execute product market positioning, pricing, and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  6. Coordinate product life cycle management, including product planning, cross-departmental communication, and performance monitoring.
Requirements:
  1. 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in technology or consumer software product launch planning.
  2. Familiarity with marketing automation and product monitoring tools, such as Jira, Pendo, Sensortower, AppAnnie, and Google Analytics.
  3. Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-intensity, high-pressure environments.
  4. Strong team management skills and exceptional cross-departmental communication abilities.
  5. Critical thinking skills, capable of independently analyzing problems and proposing innovative solutions.
Nice to Have:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Management.
  2. Experience working for a large B2C technology company in North America.
  3. Background in the mobile/web application industry or mobile/web advertising ecosystem.
  4. Experience in video creation, including proficiency in video editing tools.
