Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Prepare meats for processing by ensuring cleanliness and proper handling.
- Expertly cut carcasses, sides, and quarters to meet quality standards.
- Fulfill special meat cut requests from customers with precision.
- Trim and prepare standard cuts of meat for display and sale.
- Wrap and package meats efficiently to maintain freshness.
- Accurately weigh meats for customer purchases.
- Engage with customers to sell various meat products.
- Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
- This is a permanent position.
- Work language is English.
- Work hours range from 30 to 40 hours per week.
