Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mining Engineer with a specialization in infrastructure to join our team at Glencore. As an Infrastructure Development Engineer, you will play a critical role in the design and development of infrastructure systems for our global mining projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop infrastructure systems for brownfield and greenfield mining projects, including haul roads, water management systems, and power distribution.
  • Ensure seamless integration of critical infrastructure into our mining operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement infrastructure solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and operations teams.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mining engineering, with a focus on infrastructure development.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Language and Travel Requirements

  • English (advanced) language proficiency.
