Position Overview

Adwood Manufacturing Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Woodworking Machine Operations Supervisor to oversee our production team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our wood products.

Educational Requirements

Work Setting

The position is based in an urban area within a wood products manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address and resolve operational challenges while providing technical guidance to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of team members, ensuring effective workflow.
  • Compile and prepare production reports and other relevant documentation.
  • Develop strategies to meet production schedules and align work activities with other departments.
  • Conduct training for staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
Supervisory Responsibilities

The supervisor will oversee a team of:

  • 3-4 individuals
  • 5-10 individuals
Transportation and Travel
