  • Leadership and Development
    • Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve business objectives.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in middle/senior management manufacturing roles.
    • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and emotional intelligence skills.
    • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education
    • MBA or Master's degree in a Manufacturing discipline.
  • Experience
    • Tier 1 or Tier 2 automotive supplier experience.
  • Certifications
    • Six Sigma Blackbelt certification.
