Mental Health Therapist

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will be part of a collaborative and innovative team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver confidential counseling services, including case management, direct clinical services, and assessments to clients and customers.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, and maintain accurate case progress notes.
- Provide after-hours crisis call services, working closely with the team to ensure seamless support.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Valid registration with the relevant governing body.
- Minimum 3 years of counseling experience, with a focus on brief solution-oriented counseling.
- Knowledge of assessment, crisis management, and Employee Assistance Program services is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Awareness of measurement-based care and its application in clinical decision-making is an asset.
