About the Role

Meadow Berry Farms is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our farm operations, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Supervision: Oversee the daily activities of farm workers and harvesting labourers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control and Production Records: Maintain accurate records of crop production, quality control, and other relevant data to inform farm operations and decision-making.
  • Crop Management: Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations, including planting, harvesting, and post-harvest activities.
  • Workplace Safety: Ensure a safe working environment for all farm workers and labourers, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and physical activity
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure, physically demanding, and attention to detail required
Working Conditions
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Work Language: English
  • Work Term: Permanent
