About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to join our team at HM Kitchener Inc. in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Dust furniture and other surfaces to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to patients and staff as needed.
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure that all personal belongings are accounted for.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
  • Criminal record check is required for this position.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail is essential to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling is required for this position.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking is required for this position.
  • Walking is required for this position.
  • Up to 9 kg (20 lbs) is the maximum weight that can be handled for this position.
