Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Staff Member to join our team. As a Hotel Staff Member, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. You will work closely with our housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow regular cleaning and maintenance schedules to ensure that guest rooms are clean and well-maintained.
  • Wipe and sanitize windows, walls, doors, and fixtures to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Thoroughly wash and sanitize room showers, toilets, mirrors, and sinks to ensure a hygienic environment.
  • Vacuum carpets and clean hard floors using the appropriate products to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
  • Regularly replace and restock room amenities, including towels, soaps, and shampoos to ensure that guests have everything they need.
  • Remove all used bed linens and replace with a fresh set of linens to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
  • Regularly check if room lighting and appliances are in working order to ensure that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
  • Comply with work safety practices and ensure that all rooms attended are up to organizational health and safety standards along with federal, provincial, and local safety standards.
  • Perform other related duties as required to ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience.
