As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for conducting research, analysis, and program design across various aspects of Total Rewards, including retirement savings, health insurance, disability coverage, and more. Your expertise will ensure that our employees have access to competitive and valuable benefits packages.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth research, analysis, and program design for diverse Total Rewards initiatives.
  • Provide comprehensive education, insightful analysis, and dedicated support for all Total Rewards programs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Total Rewards documentation, ensuring accessibility and relevance for employees.
  • Coordinate the administration of benefits programs and provide exceptional support to our workforce.
  • Support the disability management process and Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP).
  • Manage group retirement savings plans and serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries.
  • Collaborate effectively with various corporate departments and the HR Leadership team.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Provide comprehensive support for a wide range of tasks within the Total Rewards department.
Qualifications:
  • Possess a postsecondary diploma or degree in human resources management or a related field.
  • Have 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrate experience working with diverse stakeholder groups and fostering positive relationships.
  • Exhibit exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of Total Rewards principles and relevant legislation.
  • Be adaptable to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
