About the Role

As a Trade Counter team member in Osborne Park, you will provide excellent customer service, assist tradespeople with product information, and undertake various tasks to ensure the branch runs smoothly.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service and information about products
  • Offer quotes in person and over the phone
  • Participate in pick packing and stock control activities
  • Contribute to maintaining a tidy and safe branch environment
  • Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
What We're Looking For
  • A customer-focused individual with previous experience in retail sales or customer service
  • Someone who can effectively communicate product information and provide accurate quotes
  • A team player who is comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
  • A holder of a clean, valid driver's license, willing to work various shifts, including weekends
  • An individual eager to develop their career within our network or head office
