Key Responsibilities- Support the development and execution of merchandising plans to drive sales and improve product visibility.
- Collaborate with Store and Department Managers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Deliver best-in-class merchandising services, including product placement, display maintenance, and inventory management.
- Proactively identify issues and provide solutions to ensure seamless execution of merchandising plans.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
- 1+ year of merchandising experience in the grocery retail industry.
- Intermediate level English reading comprehension.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Comfortable traveling up to 50kms from your region.
