Company Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Reliability Expert to join our team at our client located near Montebello, QC.

Job Responsibilities

Main Tasks:

  1. Analyze equipment criticality and develop predictive and preventive maintenance programs to enhance availability.
  2. Establish work procedures for each piece of equipment and its components.
  3. Define spare parts and inventory levels required to support operations.
  4. Provide coaching and support during the implementation and deployment of reliability changes, redesign of preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and improvement of work practices and procedures.
  5. Propose and lead general shutdowns and continuous improvement projects across the entire process, and measure their profitability.
  6. Actively participate in problem-solving and solution-finding.
  7. Plan and organize general shutdowns and actively participate in the completion of the work.
  8. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Required Qualifications:

  1. College diploma in mechanical engineering with more than 7 years of relevant experience.
  2. Mastery and application of preventive, predictive, and equipment reliability maintenance concepts, as well as continuous improvement.
  3. Solid knowledge of electromechanics and other systems and equipment present in an industrial environment.
  4. Ability to exert a positive influence within a factory team.
