Job Summary

Rav Can Transport Inc is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods and personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch and Coordination: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and coordinate activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of vehicle operator work, mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to work orders, shipments, and personnel.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with vehicle operators, crews, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Windows.
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, with attention to detail, and in a physically demanding environment. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 40 hours per week.
