Food Service Manager

Blenz Coffee GranDavie is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality in our food and beverage offerings.
Key Responsibilities:- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring timely and efficient service
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and cost control
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
- Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient operations
- 2 years of experience in a food service or hospitality environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Food Safety Certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work setting
