Qualifications
  • Completion of secondary school is required
Work Experience

Training will be provided. This position requires on-site work; remote work is not an option.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and report on the efficiency of computer systems and networks
  • Assist users facing challenges with their computer systems
  • Utilize user manuals, technical documentation, and other resources to troubleshoot and implement solutions
  • Offer guidance and training to users based on identified issues
  • Maintain a log of problems and solutions for reference by other support analysts
  • Engage in the redesign of software applications and systems
  • Deliver support for business systems, networks, and Internet services in response to user difficulties
  • Conduct backup and recovery operations for web servers
Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be a Canadian citizen, or a permanent or temporary resident of Canada.
  • Must possess a valid Canadian work permit.
