About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Home Child Care Provider to join our team at Lovepreet Singh Romana. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Child Development and Education
    • Plan and implement engaging activities to promote cognitive, emotional, and social development in children.
    • Encourage children to explore and learn through play, reading, and other interactive experiences.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for children, including maintaining a clean and organized space.
    • Administer first aid and CPR as needed.
  • Meal Preparation and Nutrition
    • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for children, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with parents and other caregivers to ensure a smooth and consistent care experience.
    • Collaborate with other team members to share best practices and support each other in providing high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • At least 7 months of experience in child care or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Ability to create a safe and engaging environment for children.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
