About the Opportunity

As a Workforce Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within our dynamic healthcare environment. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Managing employee data within HR systems throughout their entire lifecycle, from onboarding to termination.
  • Coordinating the onboarding process for new employees and facilitating facility orientation.
  • Analyzing and verifying timecards to ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Maintaining accurate seniority lists and managing internal job postings.
  • Allocating shift vacancies in accordance with collective agreements, company policies, and operational guidelines.
  • Creating and implementing schedules within defined timelines.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding scheduling, payroll, and other HR-related matters.
  • Processing time and attendance transactions, including leave requests and shift assignments.

About You

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional support to our employees. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Office Administration, Human Resources, or Payroll Administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in French is an asset.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources and/or payroll administration within a large, complex organization.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare sector or with staffing, scheduling, or payroll software is highly desirable.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive work environment.
