Job Overview

Qualifications

Education: Candidates must possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Work Environment

The role involves working in a dusty, noisy, and odorous environment typical of a retail business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean work area.
  • Measure the thickness of coatings using tools such as micrometers and calipers.
  • Clean and service equipment regularly.
  • Apply paint to small components and perform touch-ups with brushes.
  • Prepare and apply decorative items like stencils and decals on finished products.
  • Mix metallizing solutions according to established formulas.
  • Select and mix appropriate paints for various applications.
  • Operate equipment for applying protective or decorative coatings.
  • Utilize spray equipment for coating applications.
Materials and Techniques

Materials Used: Vinyl

Products Handled: Aircraft and motor vehicles

Technical Skills

Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office is required.

Preparation and Application Methods

Experience in the automobile and trucking industry is essential.
