Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

This position is for our Tuxedo Villa Home, located in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, review, and evaluate resident care plans to ensure effective and personalized care.
  • Provide leadership to personal care staff by planning, directing, supervising, and evaluating their work.
  • Assist in orienting and training new team members.
  • Ensure adherence to Infection Prevention & Control and Health & Safety programs throughout the department.

Requirements

  • Current registration with the provincial College of Nurses.
  • Compassion, professionalism, and respect.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
