About the Job

At Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our kitchen team as a Dishwasher. As a key member of our food service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen and dining areas.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guests and staff with clean and sanitized utensils, plate-ware, glassware, and equipment.
  • Set up and maintain the dish machine according to company procedures.
  • Keep the dish area and kitchen clean by sweeping, mopping, wiping countertops, and emptying trash.
  • Place clean plate-ware, glassware, silverware, and pots/pans on specified shelves.
  • Assist with assigned prep work.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and control all waste.
  • Be punctual for work shifts and maintain absolute professionalism on the job.
  • Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner within company guidelines.

Requirements

  • Food Safe Certification and WHMIS required.
  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Ability to frequently bend and kneel, lift moderate weight, and work on feet for an extended period.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work efficiently, independently, and as part of a team.
  • Be willing to work a variety of day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Compensation

$20.40 per hour, plus auto gratuities, season completion bonus $1 per hour.
