Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Merchandising: Plan and implement visual merchandising displays, manage inventory levels, and ensure that products are accurately priced and stocked.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer service metrics to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 to 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to work independently, and be a team player.
